At Safeobuddy Kids, we strive to provide a smooth and timely delivery experience.

Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping across India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We are continuously working on expanding our shipping network to serve more countries in the future.

Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are only processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that processing time may vary during peak periods such as holidays or product launches.

Estimated Delivery Time
Within India: Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. In remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
UAE: Delivery to the UAE generally takes 7-10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to factors such as weather, logistical delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., the customer is unavailable), our courier partner will make additional attempts to deliver your package. After three failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment or refund (shipping charges may apply for reshipments).

International Shipping
We currently only ship to India and the UAE. However, if you're interested in placing an order from a different country, please contact our customer service team at anu@safeobuddykids.com, and we’ll explore options to accommodate your request.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (UAE), please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. Any additional charges related to customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer, as Safeobuddy Kids has no control over these charges.

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund, as per the situation.
