Return and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase at SafeoBuddyKids. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following refund and return policy:
Returns
Time Frame: You have 5 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as items on clearance, gift cards, or personalized/customized goods, are non-returnable. Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition may also not qualify for a return.
Refunds
Inspection Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, we will issue store credit.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for products returned after the 30-day window or for items with missing packaging or components.
Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with details, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Exchange Process: For exchanges, return the unwanted item in its original condition, and once it is received and inspected, we will ship out the replacement item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, product defect). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Prepaid Return Labels: In the event of a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SafeoBuddyKids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your order was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier.
